Inactive Funds Reports
The Inactive Funds Report is required under AS 24.20.231(8)(B) and was created by SB 25 (Ch. 6, SLA 2023). This statute requires that LFD conduct a review of “inactive state accounts and funds” and make recommendations on if any should be repealed. This report is intended to meet this statutory requirement and is the first report since the legislation was enacted.
